The principle of antagonistic training is the alternation of two opposing (ideally one after the other without a break in a superseries). So exercises A, then exercise B, again A, B .. Instead of the classic procedure, where you practice one exercise in several series in a row.The muscle that implements the movement is the agonist.Pairs for such a training are: chest + back / biceps + triceps / quadtriceps + hamstring / abdomen + torso erectors/.
